Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

Intellectual Property

All designs, code, graphics, and content created by FastWebWorks remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in your project agreement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees. For subscription services, billing occurs on a recurring basis until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not available for completed work.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframes
• Pay invoices by the due date specified

Limitation of Liability

FastWebWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or business outcomes.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for work completed. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your website or services to another provider if requested.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
