By accessing the FastWebWorks website or engaging FastWebWorks for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
FastWebWorks provides website design, development, SEO, automation, and related strategy services. The specific project scope, deliverables, schedule, and pricing are defined in separate proposals or project agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary approvals, and lawful content. Clients must also ensure they hold rights to any materials supplied for use in a project.
Payment terms are defined per project. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after an initial deposit is received and remaining balances are due according to the agreed milestone or final invoice schedule. Late balances may be subject to interest or service suspension.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom designs and code created specifically for their project unless otherwise specified in writing. FastWebWorks retains ownership of reusable processes, frameworks, tooling, and generalized know-how.
FastWebWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service directly related to the claim.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. FastWebWorks does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, conversion lifts, or revenue increases, because those results depend on factors beyond direct control.
Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice as defined in the project agreement. The client remains responsible for payment covering completed work and approved commitments already in progress.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
